Maybe because I cooked them too long...anyway, thanks for your tips! I&#039;d love to try this recipe, and I DEF want to try the swiss chard!</description>

		<description>Great post Betsy!  I actually just made this recipe this weekend!  It is so delicious, and healthy and filling as well.   

I love making a big pot of beans and then being able to use them throughout the week.  I also used them to make Heidi Swanson&#039;s Marathon Cookies, which were amazing (and could easily be modified to be gluten-free).  You use pureed white beans instead of butter, and you would not know the difference!</description>
