As we know from our good friend, Elaney, there was a lot of hype around Chelsea Clinton’s wedding this weekend.  Even in the aftermath, there are still many secrets about the wedding, food and festivities.

But, did you know that Chelsea’s wedding cake was rumored to be gluten-free?  Makes sense since she has a gluten allergy.  Of course when I hear ‘gluten-free wedding cake’ I see dollar signs, but I’m sure the cake was mere pennies compared to the rest of the festivities.
